And today, we’re going to talk about what happened with the anime clips and why it wasn’t working for the past week after the launch of the new promotion.

To understand this, you must keep in mind that while we are providing you with a free service, everything else in the background comes with a cost on our end and as such there will be limitations that are out of our control unfortunately.

So the simplest explanation is that the host provider that we are using which is Dropbox, sent us a notification on April 4th, 2023 at around 8:00 PM EST that we had went over our bandwidth limit which is around 4TB daily.

We did not have any issues with this limit for a year and a half until recently after the promotion of our new website which may have cause a spiked in traffic on our bandwidth usage.

Usually what happens is that they ban the content from being shared for a few days and then enable them later.
However, this being our second ban since the one back in 2021 when we were on a lower plan, it seems to have taken longer.

We did contact their support staff but they were not helpful towards the situation and so we were stuck to only wait for our content to be unlocked.

For the moment being, we have found a way to overcome this issue but it won’t be a permanent solution. We will be looking into an alternative solution in the near future in order to not have these kinds of issues again.

We thank you for your patience and will update you again if there is any development regarding the situation. The anime clips should work as designed once the content has been unlocked and our temporary solution has been applied.
